David is a type and shadow of Jesus. Reading the account in 1 Chronicles 15 gives us a picture of the tabernacle David established. He placed it in the midst of the people, where everyone had access. Today, we have unrestricted access to Jesus because He lives in us.

Understanding how expressive true worship is according to scripture.

God ordains strength through our praise which is voice activated. The power to cease the plan of the enemy is in our praise to our Lord.

A glimpse of Heaven to see worship. Jesus is the door which opens Heaven to us.

The Spirit of Heaviness is combated with powerful praise as a weapon against the enemy.

Just as Jesus took the bread, blessed it, broke it, and gave it, so He does with us.

We are in a war, but our battle isn't with flesh and blood. The Bible reminds us that we must take the offense to stand where we can block the attack of Satan. Keeping our eyes focused on Jesus, through prayer, worship and reading the word equips us to quench the fiery darts of the enemy.

The first battlefield of spiritual warfare is in the mind. As Colossians tells us, we are to set our mind on things above as a tool to combat the lies of the enemy. Satan challenged God's word to His Son, and we can be sure the Devil will challenge us in the same way.

The battlefield of Relationships. Satan's ultimate goal is to separate us from God. He often uses the people in our lives to bring division, offense and unforgiveness toward others.

Culture Wars - Are you a product of your society or a prophet to your society?

Jesus didn't dialogue with the Devil,but instead used the Word of God to combat temptation. Spending time in the Word reprograms our thinking so that we are conformed to His image by the renewing of our Minds.

Warfare begins with your position of victory. Be strong and Courageous, fighting the devil from a place of victory.

When we grasp the reality of victory we then live from the victory of the Cross.

Jesus is the same yesterday, today and forever. God is the I Am in every circumstance and situation. Keeping our eyes upon Him and on His word is how we overcome the plan of the enemy to keep us in fear and out of the place of peace with God.

Thanksgiving is a choice. Choosing wisely changes our outlook on life, keeps our thoughts from being futile and reminds us that God is good.

God's Word is the key to life. It is alive, penetrating our hearts and helping us to live abundantly.

There are two things that don't change - Jesus… and change. Living by the Word (which is Jesus) will cause us to be victorious in the midst of changing circumstances.

2009 - a year for fruitfulness, bringing forth new things.
Col 1:9 - ... being fruitful in every good work. How do we bear good fruit? Abide in the vine.

Praying the prayers that God put in the bible, so we can agree with God and he can answer our requests.

We are in Christ, and in Him we are blessed with every spiritual blessing, chosen by God, predestined to adoption, accepted and redeemed. It is not about our ability, worthiness or goodness. It is all about Him and his ability, worthiness and goodness.

We are chosen according to God's good pleasure. If we choose His choosing, we are fully accepted by Him. The Lord has chosen you, a special treasure.

When we are born again we are given spiritual eyes with which to see, and we are seated in heavenly places. Jesus has deposited into our Kingdom bank account all that we need. Our position becomes that of a child of God seated with Christ in Heaven, and we live from His victory over all darkness.

We are a chosen people and God has revealed the Mystery of His will to us, who are His Church. There are only two types of people - those who are In and those who are Out. If you are In Him, we are:

The Church - called out ones, chosen to rule and legislate His kingdom.
His Body - of which He is the Head. We are connected to others who are also part of His Church.
The Temple - the dwelling place of God. He lives in His temple which is us individually and the Church corporately.
His Family - adopted into permanent relationship through our identity in Him

The Holy Spirit is …
…the spirit of promise
…the guarantee of our inheritance
…spirit of wisdom & revelation
…the one who guides us into all truth
…God abiding with us forever
…our comfort and strength
…the spirit of adoption by which we cry out 'Abba', Father

Changing our perspective to see that God is shaking us free of world systems so that we can live to the measure of His high calling for us.

We've been given grace through Christ's gifts.

As followers of the Lord we are called to walk in the love of God, putting aside all the works of the flesh. We must be honest before God and seek Him for healing of those things which keep us from being fruitful. We must trust that as we confess our sins He is faithful to forgive and to cleanse us.
